The Beginning

About 100 business, civic, and elected leaders met in The Chamber Board Room in July 2011 to work on Big Ideas for “Big KC.” After seven hours of discussion and voting, 20 Big Ideas were announced. In September 2011, 5 Big Ideas emerged.
